If it is about sizing, the two useful numbers are the neck measurement behind the ears and the breed or rough weight. If it is about personalising, tell us the exact wording you want and we will send a proof back before anything runs.
A handful of shops in the South West carry the collars and bandanas. If you run one and want to see a sample pack, write with the shop's name and address — we send a box of six, and there is no minimum order beyond that first pack.
We take a stall at three or four markets a year, always in Bristol and always announced in the monthly letter a fortnight ahead. We do not do craft fairs further afield; the van is old.
If a seam goes on something we made, send it back and we will restitch it at no charge regardless of age. If a dog has eaten it, we can often rebuild it for the cost of the fabric — say what happened, honestly, and we will tell you whether it is worth the postage.
